About Venwise
As entrepreneurs and Executives, we created Venwise to solve our toughest problem - where can we get unbiased and practical advice on building a high growth start-up? We were tired of wasting time at industry networking dinners where there was plenty of socializing but not enough problem solving.
So, we started a small discussion group with founder friends from our personal network. Eventually, we started receiving requests from not only founders but also other senior leaders far removed from our personal networks, and Venwise was born.
Today, Venwise is an exclusive knowledge sharing resource where C-suite leaders in high growth companies connect to find support, information, and advice to make better decisions. Our Members are founders and senior executives in post series A venture-backed startups through post IPO companies.
π― Responsibilities
- Lead Member Experience Team β Own the experience, delivery and people management of all elements within the Venwise Membership
- Have a pulse on our membership and serve as their voice on our team
- Oversee Event Management β Collaborate with Head of Content and Event Manager to design an engaging in person & online event experience
- Own Member Experience β Own member journey from end to end including on-boarding, off-boarding and all elements of the member experience in between
- Holistic Engagement β Foster a sense of belonging between members and find meaningful ways to bring them together
- Serve as the first point of contact for our members, helping them navigate the various resources available to them within the community, including recommending connections to other members
- Internal Marketing β Manage internal communications including email campaigns, member email newsletter and Slack/Google Group to ensure our members are aware of all community happenings + benefits
- Data & Metrics β Build, track and report out engagement metrics that enable the broader Venwise team to be more data driven in our work. Develop a system for collecting data on our members that enables us to know them better and create better programs for them.
- Account Management & Customer Support β When appropriate, upsell members into new programs and initiatives that could benefit their growth as an executive
- Work Cross-functionally β Partner with operations team to ensure smooth member experience from an operational standpoint. Work with Growth team to integrate product lead growth initiatives into sales process.
- Consult on Product Roadmap β Partner with Head of Product to identify Product Roadmap based on your experience connecting with our membership
